Our Project Management services cover many aspects of the construction process. We have the knowledge and experience to provide advice on sound construction and build techniques.  We can and do produce full Construction Phase Management Plans in advance of a main contractor being on board.  We also undertaken the role of Employers Agent and Project Manager under JCT and NEC contracts. <\/p>

We believe good project management is about motivation, respect but most of all the team.<\/p>\n
