At Coremco we offer a unique set of services which we can tailor to our clients’ needs across most property sectors. We have the expertise and experience to manage the design, the development, the costs, all commercial elements, the fit-out and construction management. We also assist with carbon reduction and undertake Whole Life-cycle Carbon Assessments and can act as Principal Designer under CDM.
Development Management
Development management offers more to our clients, it requires a deep understanding of the overall delivery process, the opportunity, the value of good design and the ability to offer sound commercial development advice based on our experience of achieving a positive financial outcome. It also includes managing and guiding the pre-construction team and the planning process.
Project Management
Our Project Management services cover many aspects of the construction process. We have the knowledge and experience to provide advice on sound construction and build techniques. We can and do produce full Construction Phase Management Plans in advance of a main contractor being on board. We also undertaken the role of Employers Agent and Project Manager under JCT and NEC contracts.
